Southville Clubhouse - February half-term
If you are interested in applying for a place for your child then please complete this form for all the days that you wish your child to attend. Payment will then be required through Parentpay for children of Southville Primary School. Children attending external schools please pay with cash.

Cost: £25.00 per day. Any bookings after 3rd February will then cost £28.00 per day.

ALL BOOKED PLACES MUST BE PAID FOR WHETHER YOUR CHILD ATTENDS OR NOT.

TRIPS OUT MAY INCUR A SMALL ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

Please provide your child with a packed lunch.  Other snacks and refreshments will be provided. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Thank you for booking and we look forward to seeing you at our holiday club! Thank you.
