2024 Solstice Bazaar Vendor Application Form

This form is for vendors who are not selling food or offering healing services.

We will contact you either way regarding if your application has been approved or if what you are selling is considered not appropriate to the support of a yogic lifestyle.

All vendors will need to purchase a Bazaar Vendor Pass to participate in the Bazaar.

Before applying, please note the following:


- Registration for a bazaar space is on a first come, first served basis and available online only. 
- We will not be holding spaces and will need to register as soon as possible after your application has been approved.
- Space is limited! You may request to reserve up to two 6-Foot Spaces ($250 per) or one 10x10 Space ($600) although we may be able to accommodate more as space permits.
- If you would like to inquire about the possibility of reserving more than two 6' spaces or one 10x10 space, please note on this form and also send a detailed email to SaraswatiAngadK@3ho.org after the form has been submitted.
-  6’ Spaces come with one 6-foot-long table and two chairs. A 10’x10’ Space will come with two or three 6-foot-long tables and two chairs, whichever your preference. Additional tables and chairs may be available, and possibly at an additional cost. Please email us with your interest only after the registration process has been completed.
- A 10x10 Space can accommodate your own 10x10 pop-up tent.
- Electricity is provided at no charge.
- There may or may not be pipe and drape available, dependent on the final layout.
- There will be no designated vendor parking.
Vendors must not display items or sell any products that could be considered divisive in nature. - The bazaar building will not be secured after hours. You will be responsible for securing your booth space or covering your items at your own risk. The bazaar building will be open to the public at all times.
