The 2023 Fall Festival vendor registration is open until full. This will be updated when we are full.
Eyes on Chelsea and Sara Beth’s Gymnasts are so excited to host our fall festival event again! And we look forward to having you with us.

A $25 reservation fee is required for each 10x10 foot setup. Access to an outlet (only a few spots) requires a $10 fee. If your setup is 12 feet, that is a $50 reservation fee. Because we will have numbered spaces, this will be enforced.
In addition to great vendors like yourselves, we will have live music, a swing ride, inflatables, food trucks, book fair, and more.
Please complete the following registration and we will reach out to you. Then a $25 registration fee is required to secure your spot. All vendors must bring candy and have a small activity for trick-or-treaters.
Spaces will be assigned. Requests to be next to another business will be honored only if space allows and both register at that time.
