The Ohlone Pantry Enrollment

The Office of Student Life created the Ohlone Pantry to help feed students in need. It is OPEN to ALL REGISTERED Ohlone College students. If you'd like to receive food from The Ohlone Pantry or would like to receive emails from us please complete the following form.

This question is purely for statistical purposes, your answer will not qualify or disqualify you from the Ohlone Pantry program.
Would you prefer an Instacart (grocery delivery) gift card; or a Safeway gift card (Safeway GC must be printed & used IN store) *
Students may receive food/funding from T.O.P once a month. Food/funding received from T.O.P is for student use, and is not to be redistributed or sold. The Office of Student Life values student confidentiality and will not disclose any personal information about T.O.P participants. Upon your first visit you must sign a "Food Distribution Notice & Release" form. *This form will be emailed to you and must be signed prior to receiving funding* *
The first distribution of funds will be during the week of February 22, 2021.
