Thank you for your interest in the Hattiesburg Early Learning Collaborative Pre-K program. This program is for students who are 4 years old or will be 4 years old on or before September 1st, 2024.

After you complete the following application, you will receive a phone call to schedule an appointment to complete pre-registration at our center located at 901 Ida Avenue. Please bring the following with you: Parent ID, a copy of lease/rental agreement/house deed, one other proof of residency (such as a utility bill); the child's birth certificate, his or her Form 121 (vaccinations), and his or her Social Security card.

Please note that you will have to provide another current proof of residency when you register at your school site this summer.
