Filling out this form indicates that your office will host a 2025 Congressional App Challenge*, to be held from May 1st - October 30th, 2025.

Eligible middle and high school students may only compete in a district that is hosting a Challenge. Completion of the form does not guarantee that your district competition will receive student submissions, but it is required to allow students in a district to participate.
