2023 Fun Nature Activities for All Ages Registration

Age: All are welcome!
Location: O'Hair Park Shelter #1 - 20100 Stahelin Ave, Detroit, MI 48219 (Stahelin & Trojan) 

Fun Nature Activities for all Ages! 

💚O'Hair Park is one of Detroit's largest parks at 78-acres. There is a beautiful 20-acre natural environment located in the middle of the park named Pitcher Woods that contains nature trails and interpretive signage.

Join Come Play Detroit and O'Hair Park to have fun exploring the park's history and have the opportunity to learn some fun nature facts along the way!

*This program replaces the previously announced "Environmental Education" program. 

Please bring sunscreen and bug spray. 

NOTE: 1 PERSON PER REGISTRATION FORM and YOU ONLY NEED TO REGISTER ONCE PER PROGRAM

Out of an abundance of caution to protect the safety of our community and this activity being held outdoors, spacing of each registrant will be followed.  Hand sanitizers will be on hand and masks are optional.

Please arrive to the event 5 minutes early to check in and get your water and snacks! 
Adults, help us be environmentally conscious and please bring your own refillable containers for water as there is a functioning water fountain near the restrooms.

WEATHER: We will cancel classes in the event of lightning, heavy rain, or heat above 90 degrees. We will try to reschedule. Please call or text contact Susan Stellar (201-674-9117) or Joyce Daniel (313-516-5720) for any concerns.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT - RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I  acknowledge and understand that the above named participant will be participating in Fun Nature Activities for All Ages. Without further consideration, I hereby waive any and all claims against O'Hair Park Community and any of their affiliates which may arise as a result of injury and/or the aggravation of any prior existing condition by way of participation in activities at O'Hair Park. *

I hereby grant permission to O'Hair Park Community Association (OHPCA) to use photographs and/or video of me taken during the registered activity in publications, news releases, online and in other communications related to the mission of OHPCA. *
