Engaging Leaders Application (Spring 2021)

Applicants will be notified by Friday, February 11 as to their acceptance status. Engaging Leaders is limited to 35 students per semester. The program begins Thursday, February 18 and will continue every Thursday until April 22.

This program focuses on the 5 Practices of Exemplary Leadership: Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, Encourage the Heart. By just reading the title of the practices, choose one and describe what it means to you in a short essay (150 words). *
