Welcome to Holy Cross Faith Formation! Our programs are for youth in Kindergarten through 11th grade. All classes/ministry are in person. There will be more details given about each individual program once you register but you can contact us for information before making a decision if you'd like.  Please use this form to register for all levels of Faith Formation. If you are registering more than one child you will need to fill out a form for each child. Please note...
Some programs begin in late August, but most programs do not begin until mid-September. All sacrament preparation programs begin with a mandatory parent meeting/orientation. Once you register your child, you may not hear from us until August at the earliest. Google will let you know that your registration went through but if you aren't sure, just call or email us. ***We will need a copy of the baptism certificate for any young person beginning sacrament preparation. You may scan and email it to us or stop by the office and we can make a copy.***

Payment Information
The fee for sacrament preparation is $125 (per child) per year. This includes First Communion and Confirmation which are each 2 year programs. 
**However, if you register BEFORE AUGUST, the fee is only $100.**

All others are $100 (per child) per year. This includes NON-SACRAMENT preparation - Kinder, 3rd, 4th, 5th & JH.  **The fee is $75 if you register BEFORE AUGUST**

There will be an additional fee for Year 2 Confirmation retreat of $325.  

You may pay by check, cash, or credit/debit.  Everyone will be sent a bill through email. There will be a link to pay with a credit/debit through our PayPal account in the email you receive. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to do this. But it will take us some time to get you all in the system and we don't want to take any payments until we know we have room for your child and that they are in the right program.   

***For these reasons, please DO NOT pay until you receive your invoice.***
