This is a list of products currently available through The Patio Farmer. To place an order:  

1. Indicate desired quantities per item in the space provided
2. Answer all questions completely
3. Provide address and contact information for delivery

All orders must be received before midnight on Thursdays to be included in that week's delivery route. Some exceptions may apply. 

Deliveries are contactless and made every Friday from 10am - 8pm. The Patio Farmer charges $10 - $15 per delivery. Additional delivery days are added as needed, depending on weekly order volume. Home delivery is available for residents of Mecklenburg, Gaston, Union, Cabarrus, York, Lancaster Counties, the Lake Norman area of Lincoln and Iredell Counties, and parts of Rowan County. 

Once submitted, The Patio Farmer will respond by 10am on Friday with an invoice and details on delivery. Note: This order form is a WISHLIST. Available quantities will be confirmed by The Patio Farmer following your submission with an invoice and details on delivery

Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 7pm.
