Parents/Guardians,
Children who will be five years of age before September 2, 2023,
are about to embark on a wonderful, exciting adventure. At this time, we are conducting a survey of our school community to locate our incoming kindergarten students.
If you have a child eligible for kindergarten, would you please complete and submit the following information by
March 15, 2023.
Kindergarten Registration at Orchard Springs Elementary will be held at
2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. Please watch for further information on the Orchard Springs website (
https://orchardsprings.wsd.net) or at the email address you provide.
At this time, Weber School District requires students registering to provide the following. Please bring them with you to registration.
Documents Required for Registration
- a completed registration form
- proof of residency (2 documents)
- a birth certificate (bearing a seal)
The Weber School District requests that students registering complete a dental and physical examination before starting school in the fall.
The State of Utah
requires proof of immunization for all children entering Kindergarten.
All completed registration forms must be returned to the school by
April 28, 2023.We look forward to working with you and your incoming kindergarten student.
