BIPOC Supervision Interest Form
Hey there, thanks for your interest in clinical supervision! You can check out my website to learn more about me and my work. Kindly complete the form so I can learn more about you and assess whether it'll be a mutual fit. 

I have openings for individual($180+HST/hour) and dyadic supervision($90+HST/hour).

I am also building an interest list for both bi-weekly and monthly group supervision which I'll be ready to launch once we have a minimum of 4 participants. I'm currently filling the following groups:

Bi-weekly: Thursdays at 11am | $70 + HST for 1.5 hours
Monthly: 2nd Friday of the month at 11am | $80 + HST for 2 hours

To foster mutual trust within the group, I require a 3-session commitment to join.
