NOVID is looking for talented Motion Designers to enhance the expressiveness of existing visual designs, while clarifying dense and difficult to communicate concepts to our audience. NOVID must explain complicated scientific and technical concepts to our quickly growing user base, and we realize the value of simple, yet detailed motion graphics. A Motion Designer in this role would be responsible for creating lightweight, portable content for our Android and iOS applications, our website, and all of our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin). This designer will be responsible for creating fresh animations, daily, to be used in periodic social media releases, as well as in press releases.

An ideal candidate will be:

1. Versed in 2D and 3D animation, able to deal with fast turnarounds and constant tweaking.
2. 5+ years of experience in C4D, After Effects, Adobe CC, or similar.
3. Experience with high efficiency export formats, suitable for web and native application embedding.
4. Tasteful and creative style, with simple design language and an eye for minimalism.
5. Portfolio demonstrating experience with digital products and social media campaigns.
6. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, willingness to contribute ideas to initiatives outside of their domain of expertise.

Nice to have:

1. Experience in the Games or Product Design industries, with a long track record of award-winning designs.
2. Advanced modeling skills with any industry standard DCC (Maya, Max, ZBrush, Houdini, Blender)
