Find Your Five - Surfacing your Strengths

What makes you stand apart?

What unique strengths do you bring to the table?

Use this worksheet to help you name and explain 5 strengths that you specifically bring to your work & life. This question is often asked in interviews, is something clients, employers, and customers want to know when they have their choice of coach, therapist, practitioner, candidate: "Why should I work with you over anyone else?"

These are also great things to discuss with colleagues, partners, family members as a way to understand more about how you can work together from a strengths place to communicate, accomplish tasks, and problem solve.

I've created this worksheet to help you surface your answer to that question. It is my hope that these questions will guide you to reflect on your assets.

We all have things that we do with a natural ease that often times we may not even know to identify as a unique strength because maybe we think everyone can do what we do in the way that we do it. I want to help you highlight these things so you can find your fit in work that is fulfilling, energizing, and sustainable.

If you'd like an example of this, feel free to visit my Work With Me page at www.ExpansiveMindsetCoaching.com to find my five!

**This exercise is a tool for you to think through how you work and to self-reflect. This exercise does not provide results for you; your outcomes are the product of your own self-reflection.  It is not designed to configure a strengths profile for you.

This exercise is based on my 15 years of working with people and assisting them to see the strengths and assets they already possess and to leverage those for better job fit, better communication, better boundaries, and better life satisfaction.
