ACCESS events Management is hiring reliable, polite, responsible, experienced and proactive people to join our Happy Weekend sale & Marketplace Sale Team!
◘ Available positions for Marketplace Sale:
1. Coordinator + Store Setup Checks
2. Social Media Coordinator, Customer Service
This job is on a rotation base through the 2 options
Availability required:
1. for Cooridnator & Store Check ups:
- Friday - Wednesday: checking payments (can be once daily)
- Wednesday: Coordinating the Team, making sure the Stores have proper links
- Wednesday - Friday: sending notices (2 times per day)
- Tuesday - average of 1-2 hours after 12pm slt (sl noon) for stores checks
- Wednesday from 3-5 am slt for a second round of store checks ( non-setup ones)
2. for Social Media Coordinator
- Tuesday /Wednesday 1 or 2 hours to schedule Social Media Posts
- Wednesday from 5 am to 12pm slt - Facebook Album + Comments
- Thursday - Saturday : keep checking social media at least 2 times per day ( am & pm hours), assisting customers when needed (flexible hours in general)
This is paid position

Happy Weekend Sale:
1. Coordinator + Store Setup Checks2. Social Media Coordinator, Customer Service
3. Store Setup Checks staff
This job is on a rotation base through the 3 options
Availability required:
1. for Cooridnator:
- Monday - Saturday: checking payments (can be once daily)
- During the whole week - Coordinating the Team ( keeping up with Discord & Google Drive)
- Saturday-Monday: sending notices (2 times per day)
- Saturday - from 3 am slt to 10 am slt - mandatory
2. for Social Media Coordinator
- During the whole week - keeping up with Discord & Google Drive (can be 1 hour daily)
- Thursday -Friday - 1 or 2 hours to schedule Social Media Posts (Meta Business suite skills required)
- Saturday from 5 am to 10 am slt - Facebook Album + Comments
- Sunday: keep checking social media at least 2 times per day ( am & pm hours), assisting customers when needed (flexible hours in general)
3. For Store Check ups:
- Friday - for an average of 1-2 hours after 12pm slt (sl noon) for stores checks
- Wednesday from 3-9am slt flexible working time for a second round of store checks ( non-setup ones)
This is paid position
