This form is for all students in third year. (The choice is either TY / Fifth Year)

Having watched the online videos together, please indicate the choice your son / daughter is making with regard to the senior school. Please note that places within the Transition Year Programme are not guaranteed. The decision to offer places is based upon student suitability, attendance and past behaviours. The decision is arrived at through a consultative process with the Year Heads, the class and subject teachers and management.
