Coach John Carter and Coach Tom Collins are partnering together once again to host summer baseball camps. This is the Form for

Cost is $150.00 by Venmo (@John-carter5225 )or mailed payments are accepted as well. Please make payable or Label: C&C Hardball Camp.

Regular Registration ....... $150.00 (Sibling Discounts is $35 off total rate- note this can be applied if in different sessions).
Anyone that registers after May 19 cannot be guaranteed a t-shirt.

In consideration of the named participant in the C & C Summer Hardball Camp, I do hereby , for myself, release and discharge all personnel, camp staff, and Round Rock High School for all claims, damages, or other actions resulting from or participation in the C & C Summer Hardball Camp. I further acknowledge that the Round Rock Independent School District, its Board of Trustees, Individual Trustees, Administration, and Camp Workers/Volunteers shall not be responsible in any way for any personal property or vehicle damage, or for any injury, discomfort, or inconvenience to any participant, spectator, or official as a result of drills, practices, scrimmages, contests, or other activities held at Round Rock Independent School district facilities.
