👋 Hi there. We, the Wasch-AG of WEH, are happy to have you as a new housemate!

In the cellar, we have a laundry room which you are welcomed to use. Normally, we will show you in person how to use the washing machines and dryers, but due to the current coronavirus issue and instructions of Studierendenwerk Aachen, all the briefing sessions given by us are cancelled until further notice.

As a result, we encourage you to wear a mask and wash your hands before going into the laundry room. 😷

But don't worry, you can still find the usage instructions at this link: https://www.weh.rwth-aachen.de/groups/washinggroup/?L=1. Don't forget to check all 4 submenus on the left side, especially the PDF files and the official Wasch-Ordnung. Besides, you should go down to the washing cellar to compare the online images with the real machines.

To make sure you are fully conscious of those instructions and will use the machines correctly, we have created this test. If you answer all of these questions right, we will activate your washing account after a maximum of 3 working days.

We will notify you via your WEH email account (which is created by the Netz-AG and ends with @weh.rwth-aachen.de), so remember to have a look at it. If you didn't hear any news from us after 3 working days, kindly send us an email with your room number to waschen@weh.rwth-aachen.de.
