Please fill out this form for your child if he or she will turn five on or before August 1, 2020, and will be attending kindergarten this fall.   This information helps us better know how to plan for the fall since we were unable to hold Kindergarten Roundup this spring.  If you are unsure which school your child will attend, you can go to http://bit.ly/2FfWy1K.  Under the search area on the left hand side, type in your street address and zip code; then choose Kindergarten as the grade level from the drop down, and click the Search bar.  You will see the elementary school where your child should attend. The school will reach out to you by early summer with next steps.
