Residence Hall Early Arrival Request Form
Residents who are requesting to move into the Residence Halls prior to their scheduled move in date are required to complete this form.  This form must be completed at least 5 business days prior to the request for moving in.  Once your form is received, a committee will meet to make a final decision.  An email will be sent informing you if your request has been approved or not, and if approved, any charges that may be associated with moving in early.

Charges for Moving In Early:
A charge of $40/day or $250/week is assessed for arriving early.  There are some students that may not be charged - this would include arriving early for approved on-campus work, Student Leadership position training, some Athletics, and/or another University-related reason for arriving to campus early.

Dining services is not open during this time and all meals/food will need to be on your own.  Meal Plans will start on September 2.
