Course leaders are all volunteers and do not receive monetary compensation.This proposal form is for:
FALL 2024: 12-Week Term
Begins: Monday, September 16
Ends: Friday, December 13
(no classes Thanksgiving week)
**Proposals are due by 7/8/24.**
FORM INSTRUCTIONS:- Click the "Next" button after you answer the questions in each section to progress through the form.
- Your form must be completed in one sitting. You will not be able to save a partially filled-out form and return to it later unless you sign in to the form using a Google account, below.
- Make sure you click the "Submit" button on the last page before exiting the form, or your proposal will not be sent in.
So you can better prepare, here is a preview of the information that is asked for in the form:
- Length of course
- Term/dates preferences
- Day/time of day preferences
- Title, category, and type of course
- Short description of course for printed catalog
- Long description of course for online registration system (optional)
- Contact information for course leader(s)
- Bio for course leader(s)
- Course materials (website reference, required or optional texts, etc.)
- In-person/hybrid or Zoom course choice
- Technology and Zoom requirements
- Special classroom equipment requirements
EDITING YOUR RESPONSES AFTER FORM SUBMISSION:
You will be able to edit your responses even after you submit the form any time up to the course proposal due date. After you fill out the form and click Submit, you will be given a link to a unique URL (web address) for your filled-out form with your responses saved. Click on that link and bookmark/save the web address to your computer/device for future reference.
