I/We hereby understand and acknowledge that the training, programs and events held by/at the Ironborn Strength Gym may expose me to many inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness, or even death.I/We assume all risk of injuries associated with participation including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, and all other such risks being known and appreciated by me.l/We hereby acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might conflict with participation in activity.I/We acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the physical activity I/we choose to participate in.After having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of acceptance of my participation and the Ironborn Strength Gym furnishing services to me, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE the Ironborn Strength Gym, its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, sponsors, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in the Ironborn Strength Gym training, programs and/or events.I/We am aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability and I/We voluntarily agree to its terms. *

I/We understand that the Ironborn Strength Gym utilizes video cameras as a security measure to monitor member access and activity while inside and outside of the Ironborn Strength Gym.I/We understand that the Ironborn Strength Gym Staff and other members may be taking pictures and videos which may end up on social media sites.I/We hereby grant the Ironborn Strength Gym, and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization and all of their agents, successors, licensees and assigns, the right to photograph or otherwise reproduce (whether by film, tape, still photography or otherwise) my voice, appearance and name, and to exhibit, distribute, transmit, and/or otherwise exploit any and all media, including without limitation, by means of still photography, motion pictures, radio, television, television motion pictures, video, printing or any other medium now known or hereafter devised, including with respect also to any merchandising, advertising and/or publicity, and the right to use my name and information about me in any connection with any of the foregoing.The rights granted by me/us hereunder are granted for the entire universe and shall endure in perpetuity and no further compensation shall be payable to me/us at any time in connection therewith.
