Niagara West Adult Learning Centre is offering workshops in core skills that will help you choose, find, and keep a career that you will love and learn from! Life is full of changes and surprises - but these are skills that you can build, strengthen and take with you anywhere - because it is your life!

In this workshop, we will look at:                                   

  • Different types of stress we deal with at work and in life
  • How stress affects our body, mind, and overall well-being
  • Ways to manage and reduce stress in our lives
  • Stress and mental health
  • Tips for communicating under stress
  • Decide on strategies that will work best for us - and develop our own toolkit
