Primary Project Spring 2024 Training Sign-up
Primary Project is a national evidence-based program that helps children in Pre-K through third grade adjust to school, gain confidence and social skills, and focus on learning. Through play, Primary Project addresses children’s school adjustment difficulties and increases their chances for success.

Training for new Primary Project volunteers will be held Friday, March 1st, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Community Room at the Old Harrah School (3851 Harrah Road, Harrah, WA 98933). At the training, you'll learn why this play-based intervention is so effective with our children, you'll be introduced to key strategies, and you'll have the opportunities to practice those strategies.

Once you've been trained, you'll have the opportunity to volunteer with our own Harrah youth. Volunteers can donate as little as 45 minutes a week and still make a deep impact on a child's life.

Volunteers are also eligible to receive a $200 stipend for each child they serve!

Training is FREE, lunch is provided, and space is limited.
