Joint Activity pre-registration

Campus VESTA, MELODY and eNOTICE are happy to invite you to the upcoming Joint activity on the 19th and 20th of May in Ranst, Belgium.

Registration is necessary, but be aware that there are a limited number of seats, so we might need to make a careful selection of participants. So after finishing this registration form you will be put on the waiting list. You will receive an email to let you know if you are selected.

Informed consent

Please note that Campus VESTA, the eNOTICE project and the MELODY project have access to the results of this pre-registration. this is to make sure that we can keep up to date w.r.t. the amount of people who registered, who has registered and whose travel costs will be paid by the projects.

On top of that, during the event you may be photographed and/or recorded. These photos and videos can be used for disseminiation purposes of Campus Vesta, the eNOTICE project or the MELODY project.
