Space is limited to type of business so that we can fulfill all birth and baby needs. Therefor all entries must be approved by the Expo organizers and are on a first come first served bases. At this time we are not allowing Food Vendors with the selling of Food, but all are welcome to solicit/advertise their business. All Vendor types must be related to the birthing/baby process or postpartum period for Moms & Dads or babies. Please include your vendor type in the Business Description of the form.

As Secret Stork Ultrasound is our event partner, they are the exclusive 3D/4D Ultrasound Vendor for this event.

Christina Baltazar Photography is our other event partner and is normally the exclusive Maternity & Newborn Photographer for the event. However, due to personal reasons she is only booking clients into December 2023 or April 2024 & beyond. Therefore, there is space for ONE photographer during the event at a premium sponsorship rate of $150. 

For this event we will be hosting a VIP Lounge Area for attendees. The Lounge will include special seating, lunch, and mocktails. Inside the Lounge we will include banners for each of the sponsors. In addition, we will feature your business on the website, program, and all marketing materials. We will also have an opportunity for a representative from your company to speak to the attendees for 2 - 3 minutes. The following are sponsorship levels:

Bronze: $250 (4 available), complimentary 8x8 space, time slot of 2 -3 minutes during the event to share about your business on the main stage plus a 2x3" advertisement in the program. 

Silver: $500 (4 available), complimentary 8x8 space, time slot of 2 - 3 minutes during the event to share about your business on the main stage plus a half-page advertisement in the program + 1.7'x3' banner in the VIP Lounge Area

Gold: $750 (2 available), complimentary 8x8 space, time slot of 2 - 3 minutes during the even plus a half-page advertisement in the program + 2.5'x 4' banner in the VIP Lounge Area, Bonus advertising on the Belly 2 Baby Expo Instagram page, VIP access for 2 guests

Platinum: $1,000 (1 available), complimentary 8x8 space, time slot of 2 - 3 minutes during the even plus a half-page advertisement in the program + 2.5'x 4' banner in the VIP Lounge Area, Bonus advertising on the Belly 2 Baby Expo Instagram page, custom portrait branding session with Christina Baltazar Photography in October including 8 images to use for your advertising and for promotional purposes of the Belly to Baby Expo, plus VIP access for 4 guests.

One Vendor Booth is a fee of:
- $100 (for businesses with 5+ employees) or
- $50 (businesses with less than 5 employees).

All vendors will be given business, 8’ x 8’ space that all material must be displayed inside. It will include on 8’ table and two chairs. Maximum ceiling height is 10’.
Due to Fresno Fairground regulations business are not permitted to tack or tape things on the walls. Each vendor will automatically receive one Door Prize Entry. If more space is needed for your business, you must purchase an additional vendor booth. You can use this the Registration Form for both. A maximum of two rental spaces is allowed per business.

All vendors are required to provide a door prize valued at $25. Winner must not be obligated to make any additional purchase to redeem prize. Prizes must be turned into the Christina Baltazar Photography (Lemoore) or Secret Stork Ultrasound (Fresno) by no later than 11/3/23. Listing of item will be in the show program.

The event Emcee will announce a Door Prize Winner every 15 mins, beginning 60 - 90 minutes after the event begins. Raffle tickets will be given to each person upon entry to the event, and all information shared with the expo will be shared with the vendors. Please do not abuse this privilege.

If registering to provide a Bag Stuffer item you must turn them into Secret Stork Ultrasound (Fresno) or Christina Baltazar Photography (Lemoore) by no later than 11/3/23. They will go out to the first 100 guests that attend, plus all VIP ticket holders, so please provide enough for 150. No late drop offs will be permitted.

Only one type of item is accepted (unless coupon/discount) so you must list the item to be donated on your registration form. If providing a discount/coupon please include an expiration date of a year.

The form is not completed unless all required documentation is submitted. We will not accept any forms without the required documentation and payment. If the completed application is not received before November 3rd a $20 late fee will be added. We will not be able to accept any vendor after November 3rd.
