I, __________ Understand that I am Participating in the Taft dance team  Clinics and audition at (Taft Charter High School from May 22nd to May 29th ) my own risk, and if injured or hurt, I will be responsible for my own medical treatment and medical expenses. *
Clinics will begin at 4:0pm and end at 6pm   The Audition is 4pm -7pm
-Clinics will be in Person @ Taft in the dance Room
-Arrive wearing a white top and black bottoms
- wear a mask if your not feeling well
*have  water, snacks, and positive energy!
