Both youth and adult staff applicants should complete this form. Submit a separate form for each person. Applications and videos due by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, February 14th. 2021.
Qualifications
● Be a current Ozaukee County 4-H member or volunteer, previously attended 4-H Camp. We will contact and work with you if you are an adult and need to complete any of the following requirements: register in 4HOnline as a volunteer, pass criminal background check, complete volunteer in preparation training, and complete the Division of Extension mandated reporter training.
● Completed freshman year of high school by June 14, 2021.
● Attend camp training/planning meeting on March 24th, from 6-9 pm Virtual
● Attend camp training/planning meeting on April 14th, from 6-9 Virtual
Attend the camp training/planning May 14th - 15th Time and Place TBA
Attend the camp staff meeting/new camper orientation, June 15th 5:15 - 8 Pavilion Fair Grounds
● Sign and abide by Behavior Expectations

The theme for camp this year will be based along the Olympics.
