Thank you for your interest in showcasing at the Midwest Arts Xpo (MAX) in Indianapolis, IN September 16-19, 2024. By submitting this form, you agree to have your information shared with the list of MAX Showcase Room Producers and be added to the MAX Showcase email list to receive relevant showcase information. MAX Showcase Room Producers will be announced in mid-April. You will be sent a list of room producers to contact directly.

It is imperative that you do your due diligence in comparing the various showcase rooms, the production setup of each room and the associated costs. Each room is different. You will work directly with the Showcase Room Producer regarding the scheduling, production, and marketing of your showcase.

While there is no deadline to express interest in showcasing, showcase slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
