*Tampa Taco Fest will always be held rain or shine.

* Booth Fees are non-refundable.

*Tampa Taco Fest reserves the right to move, discontinue, or limit the participation of any approved applicant at any time.

*Approved applicants are solely responsible for their compliance with all relevant state, local, and federal health regulations, codes, licenses, insurance and taxes.

*We do not guarantee sales of your product.

*We do not guarantee attendance.

*By signing this application or paying for your space, you agree that this transaction is final and nonrefundable.

Vendors are not allowed to sell or distribute for free: alcohol, soft drinks, water, aguas frescas, juices, piña coladas or any beverages.

10 x 10 - Corporate Vendor $1,050

10 x 10 - 1-Item Food Vendor $400

10 X 20 - Food Vendor $800 (ALL FOOD VENDORS REQUIRED TO RESERVE 10 X 20 SPACE OR LARGER)
