I understand that my child(ren) will be exposed to a variety of foods. I understand my child will be working with age-appropriate cooking tools and appliances with strong supervision. I understand the nature of the proposed activities and hereby assume any and all risks associated with those activities. My child has permission to participate in Natasha Nadel's cooking camp ("Camp"). By signing below I release the Camp, its owners, directors, instructors and assistants of any claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to my child's participation in this camp. *
I give permission for my child's photo (not name) to be used in promotional materials and on Natasha Nadel's social media and website. *

Full payment ensures your child their spot at Kosher Cooking Camp. In the event of cancellation, refunds (minus a $50 transaction fee) will only be issued if a replacement student is found. Natasha Nadel retains the right to remove any child(ren) from the camp who do not follow clear (safety and other) instructions from the instructor and her assistants. If such an instance occurs, no refund will be issued. Please sign and date below to confirm your agreement to these terms. *
Fee: $350 Early Bird (2019 Rates) if paid in full before March 1, 2020. After that, camp fee is $395. INSTRUCTIONS: Please send a check to Natasha Nadel 11812 Greenleaf Ave, Potomac, MD 20854.
