Thank you for taking the time to nominate a person or group for a Girl Scout adult award!  Girl Scout Volunteers make a meaningful difference in the world, and recognizing the outstanding impact of our volunteers is so important.

Who can nominate?
Anyone can nominate! Girls, volunteers, staff - anyone who recognizes a job well done can nominate an adult, business or organization for an adult award.

When nominating a candidate for an award, please keep the deadline of November 1, 2019, in mind.
As you complete this form, it may help you to think about the following:

1. What are specific actions this person or group have taken which deserves recognition?
2. Who and how many people or places have been impacted by your nominee?
3. How have these actions supported the outcomes of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience?
