May 2020 Event Cancellation
Because our point of sale system does not save credit card information, Arboretum Staff will need to reach back out to you to collect a credit card number to complete your refund.

Please complete this form with your contact information and an Arboretum representative will call you to begin this process.

Please note that if we do not hear from you by Friday, May 29, 2020, your purchase will be considered a donation to The Morton Arboretum.

Do you have a Booking or Confirmation Number for your purchase?
This would be listed on your confirmation page, and would be labeled Booking ID or Confirmation Number. It is NOT your Receipt number.  If you don't have this, that's okay! This information just helps us find your booking quicker.
