These Terms and Conditions must be read and agreed to prior to submitting your function enquiry. By signing, you are stating that you have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions for booking a function at The Grove Sports Club.

• All alcohol served within the centre and adjacent areas associated with the hire of the centre, must be supplied and served by The Grove Sports Club accredited staff.  It is an offence to bring alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks onto licensed premises or to consume beverages within centre surrounds including the lawn and car park.
• If the bar tab is under $800, there will be a fee payable for bar staff. This fee is $100 per bar attendant required. If more then 60 people are attending the function then two bar staff members are requirement. 
• Total room capacity for seated guests shall not exceed 100 guests.
• Total room capacity for standing (cocktail style event) shall not exceed 150 guests. 
• A function will not be considered confirmed unless a booking form and hire area payment has been received.
• All cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event.
• Extra security charges will be applicable for 18th birthday celebrations, 21st birthday celebrations and all bookings with over 60 people in attendance. Management reserves the right to determine the security required for any function.
• All private events require full pre-payment no later than 3 days prior to the date of the event. 
• Consumptions charges are to be settled on the night of the event. 
  
• Extra cleaning fees which supersede regular day to day maintainence may be applicable for functions that do not comply with out Club standards. Masnagement reserved the right to determine the cleaning fee required for any function.
•  The Hirer (whose name appears on the Application Form) takes personal responsibility for the conduct of all attendees and guests at your event, including any activity and personally undertakes to ensure all conditions and directions given by our staff are complied with in full and in a timely manner.  
  
•  Although the Grove Sports Club undertakes all due care, we do not take responsibility for any items that have been left behind, lost, stolen or damaged during your event. Hirers are financially responsible for any damage to the Club’s property and equipment before, during or after your event while your guests are still on the premises, also including damage to any equipment hired for use during your event. Our Bowling Greens are strictly OUT OF BOUNDS unless barefoot bowls forms part of your function and even then, must be under the supervision of our bowling club members. This applies even if the lights on the bowling greens are turned on during your event.
