THE MARKET MANAGER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY VENDOR PRIVILEGES TO ANY VENDOR THAT FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE VENDOR RULES OR FOR ANY VIOLATION OF CITY, STATE, OR FEDERAL LAWS RELATED TO VENDOR ACTIVITIES DURING MARKET. VIOLATION OF THE RULES FORFEITS YOU FROM ANY REFUND.

As an Agriculture/Produce vendor, by signing this, I attest that at least 60% of my products are grown in my own garden/farm. I attest that everything I bring to the Market is grown in Michigan. I also approve a site visit, if requested, by the Market Manager. If I am a Cottage Food Law Vendor, I will follow the rules of the Michigan Cottage Food Law. As a vendor, I am aware if I tear down during the market hours and try to leave prior to 7:15p.m., I may be not be allowed to attend future markets and forfeit any seasonal vendor refund I may have been entitled to.
