Peoria Music Live is taking over the entire 3300 Event Center on October 20th, 2024 to help raise funds to keep us doing what we are doing for the Peoria area music scene - and we're going to need a LOT of help!

This form is where you sign up to be considered to do any of the following:

Perform
Emcee
Volunteer
Set up a vendor booth
Sell food (Food truck, Restaurant, Caterer, or Otherwise)
Share any other thoughts or ideas

Please note that there are limited spots available for everything, so there is a chance that you won't get a spot (band, acoustic, vendor, etc.) There is a committee that will be in charge of the final decisions. You can sign up for more than one thing. If you want to play and have a vendor table or help with the silent auction and be an emcee, let us know by checking any box that is applicable below!
