Student devices are locked and will not be enabled until we have confirmation that you have read the 1:1 handbook, the District's Acceptable Use Policy, and Code of Conduct.  Please complete this form to verify you have read these documents. 

Please note: Devices do not automatically unlock once you complete this form. We have to do it by individual serial number.  We will begin that process in mid-August.  If you have a child in a summer program, their devices will be unlocked earlier.
