SCOTBOS2024 Tent Booking Form
The base for SCOTBOS 2024 is Blair Drummond Caravan Park.

Caravan and Motorhome pitches must be booked directly on their website - this form should not be used!

There is only a small number of official tent pitches available on the website, however the owners of the campsite have confirmed that they can be flexible for a group booking. After visiting the site, we are happy that there will be space for all our campers.  There are minimal Electric Hooks ups available for tent pitches, so this cannot be guaranteed at this stage, however they do provide electric in the laundry for device charging etc, for a small fee.  When requesting camping needs please clarify whether or not you would wish electric hook up if available.

Our BOS dates are in their 'value season'.  The maximum cost for camping per night is as follows:
  • Pitch cost - £7.00 
  • Adult - £9.00
  • Child - £2
  • Dog -  60 pence
  • Optional Electric hook up - £6.00 (if available)
All tent pitches have been block booked for us until the end of February.  A two-step process is required to book a tent pitch, which allows the campsite to plan the use of the available space based on the number of tent pitches we are requesting.  (It may also result in a reduced cost for small tents).

The Booking Process
  • Firstly, you must complete this booking form, as soon as possible but no later than 25 February.
    The campsite will receive all our bookings on 26 February, after which they will plan the best use of available space.
  • When you receive an email from the campsite advising you what to book, you must then make a booking directly on their website
    The website booking will take you to a payment link
  • Website booking and payment must be made no later than 15 March
    (after that date, unpaid pitches will be available to the public)
  • While full payment is required at the time of booking, very reasonable cancellation terms are available up to 7 days before arrival. 
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Extract from Blair Drummond Caravan Park - refund policy is as follows :
  • No refunds will be given if bookings are cancelled within 7 days of arrival date.
  • For cancellations more than 7 days from arrival, any deposit will be retained or 20% of full payment.
  • Any refunds will be made by the same method as customer paid.
Note: The HG Competitions Panel will not get involved in payment or refund decisions between you and the campsite.  
We would ask however that you email hgcompspanel@gmail.com to let us know if you have cancelled a booking - it may be that we can fill it for you.

IMPORTANT NOTE re UNCONVERTED VANS
Please note that unconverted vans, i.e. those with no rear side windows (regardless of whether or not there is a logo on it) are not permitted on the pitches except to set up camp/pick up drop off equipment.  At all other times, vans must be parked in the designated area at the entrance.
