Please fill out this form to let us know of your interest in joining this year's Capital Valley FC Spring Session for Recreational level players. Once we have enough interested teams in your age group we will send you info to officially sign up and pay your fees.
If you are a player looking for a team, please still fill out the form so we know you are available.
Note: If your coach is aware that you are playing with their team there is no need for you to fill out this form. If you played for CVFC in the Fall, and your player is on your coach's list for the Spring you are all set. This form is only for players interested in playing outdoor recreational soccer this Spring that are looking for a team to play on.
Note that this list is not a guarantee that your player will be placed on a team. It is a waitlist. When a coach sighs their team up for Spring soccer, and needs a few players to fill their team out, we will pull players from this list to fill their team out.
If we place you on a team you will pay your fees to the coach of that team, likely at your first practice, and the coach will pay the team fees to the club. Expect your fees to be between $40-60 depending on the age group, and number of players on the team.
