Student Locker Application Form

A Locker provides students with a secure location to store equipment and books which allows them to reduce the items carried throughout the school day.

Locker Hire is $40 annually. You will need to apply for a new locker each year.

Before you complete this application form you will require a combination lock. Please do not use a luggage lock as they are not strong enough.
