Basketball Registration 21-22
Children in our parish community can sign up for Holy Family Academy sports, clubs, and activities. Attending Holy Family Academy is NOT REQUIRED!

We accept members of all grades.  Time is of the essence since we will be setting teams soon. More information will follow as to practice dates and times.

The registration fee is $100.00 for the first player, $75.00 for the second, $50.00 for the third. The registration fee will be used to rent practice space, join leagues, purchase basketballs, ball bags, pullovers, game shirts, compensate coaches, and purchase first aid kits.  This registration only applies to grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Pre-K and K will register at a later time. Registration must be completed by the close of school on Thursday, December 2, 2021.

I/We, the undersigned, for ourselves, our heirs, our executor and administrator, waiver, release, and forever discharge Holy Family Academy and its staff, officers, agents, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, personal injury or property damage that may be sustained or occur during participation in student athletic activities or while at school. *
