UNC Hillel Office Assistant Application 2023-2024
Student Interns and Office Assistants enhance the diversity and creativity of UNC Hillel programs and help students develop professional skills and real-world experience.

Office Assistants (OA’s) are an important part of the UNC Hillel team.  They are the first point of contact for students and visitors entering Hillel. 

OA’s will fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Front Desk administration
  • Serve as a student ambassador for UNC Hillel
  • Assist with assigned cleaning protocols and program set up and clean up
  • Office Assistants work 3 hour shifts during building hours (Monday-Friday 12pm-6pm) with a minimum of 3 hours per week. Additional night or weekend shifts may be offered.
