We're buzzing with excitement for Navy Elementary's 2024 5th and 6th Grade Dance! Get ready for 'A Night into the Future', a futuristic-themed event with groovy DJ party tunes, a photo booth, pizza, and snacks to fuel your cosmic dance moves. We encourage children to get their futuristic-fashion game on! Please take a minute to RSVP by May 3rd (EXTENDED TO MAY 10TH) so we can plan an amazing event for our kids!

Rules:
- This event is for Navy Elementary 5th and 6th Graders only.
- Students will be provided with pizza, snacks and drinks at the dance. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- There will be adult chaperones present throughout the event to ensure student safety.
- Students are expected to follow school policies, behave respectfully, and follow instructions from chaperones.
- Parents/guardians must provide contact information in case of emergencies.
- Parents/guardians must drop-off and pick up their child at the Kiss and Ride gym entrance. Please pick up no later than 8:30pm.
This form acts as the permission slip and must be submitted by May 3rd (EXTENDED TO MAY 10TH) for your child to attend the dance. By submitting this form, you and your child agree to the rules above.
