Full Day Schoolage Drop-In Camp Registration Form
CMC Full Day "Drop In" Camp is for elementary aged students (K-6) in our community for both public school enrolled children AND homeschoolers! You are able to register your child in this program if you are a current CMC afterschool student or not, but priority IS given to currently enrolled afterschool students, then siblings of currently enrolled childcare students, and then we open up to our community. If you are not enrolled in afterschool with us or have never attended one of our Drop In Camps before, you MUST fill out and return an emergency contact form in addition to other enrollment paperwork prior to your child's first day of camp. If your child attended our 2024 summer camp, or was enrolled in the childcare, we will not need an additional emergency contact form.

If you would like for your child to be enrolled in our afterschool program for the 2024-2025 school year, please email schoolage@clemmonsmoravian.org or childcare@clemmonsmoravian.org to obtain all enrollment information. .

Please only submit this form once, unless you have multiple children. If you have multiple children, you must fill out one form per child. Once the form has been submitted, you are expected to pay for the days you registered for as spaces are limited, and you will be securing a spot that we can no longer fill.

By signing up, you also understand we provide AM and PM snacks, but you are expected to pack your child a lunch. We do cook and serve hot lunches daily for our licensed childcare children and are happy to provide your schoolage child a lunch too! If you would like for us to provide a lunch for your child, please register below and an additional $7 lunch fee per day your child is attending (minus field trip days as everyone must pack a lunch those days) will be added to your drop in care tuition.

The cost for Summer Schoolage Drop in Camp is $35/per day per child if you are enrolled in afterschool for the 2024-2025 school year, and $45/per day per child if your child is not enrolled in our CMC afterschool program for the 2024-2025 school year.  Additional charges may apply if a specific field trip is taking place that day, but it will be indicated at the time of sign up if that is the case. 

If your child is exhibiting any cold symptoms, please do not bring them to camp.  See handbook/sick policy for more details surrounding illness.
