I affirm I do not have any claustrophobia, fear of the dark, of enclosed spaces, or neurological disorders (ie schizophrenia, multiple personality, psychosis, autism) or medical conditions that could result in my losing personal control of my emotions, physical body functions or sense of reality.
Expression during the event, of any of the above medical, neurological, emotional or spiritual conditions above, will result in potentially the whole event being cancelled and you agree to be fully financially responsible for all parties financially or physically injured due to your negligence (accidental or on purposeful). You are 100% personally responsible for your bodily conditions and experiences.
