Complete this form to alert the school of your schooling choice for the first quarter at BRES (through November 6th) and semester at BRHS (through January 22nd).  Please fill out a separate form for each of your children in the CSD.

Commitment must be received by Friday, August 21, 2020.


In-Person/Hybrid Learning Explained:
Pre-Kindergarten- will be in person only M-F (Wed. will be a noon dismissal)

Kindergarten through Grade 8:  Students will attend in-person instruction M, T, TH, F (Wednesday will be a distance learning day for all students K-8)

Grades 9-12: Students will attend in-person instruction: COHORT #1 M/TH, COHORT #2 T/F (Wednesday will be a distance learning day for all students 9-12)



Virtual Academy Explained:
PK- No Virtual Academy option will be provided

Kindergarten through Grade 8:  Students will work online in the Edmentum Suite, with some synchronous, on-line offerings. Students in grades K-4 will require supervision and support from an adult at home.

Grades 9-12: Students will work online in the Edmentum Suite, with some synchronous on-line classes.

*All Virtual Academy students will be directed and overseen by a BRES/BRHS staff member.

*Students in the remote setting will be provided the same technology as their classmates who are attending school in the classroom-based setting and will be provided by the District.



Homeschooling Explained:
As a parent you have the choice to unenroll your child(ren) from public school and register to homeschool.  In a homeschooling model the parent assumes full responsibility for the education, curriculum, and learning materials for their child(ren).
