This group will become a once a month video online meeting group that shares ideas, problem solves together and it will be supported with a discussion stream in a written form as well.

As a start off I will be having a face to face session to form a working group at Shirley Boys High School on the 29th Feb at 1 pm. LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED !!

This group will then then get the online platform hopefully built that day and then host an online meeting at 4pm with some questions from this google form and comments live in the session. We can also share ideas and have a look at some exemplars. This meeting would be at 4pm on Thursday the 29th Feb for any CWSMTA member to join. The list on who would like to be on the working group and who would like to join online will be generated from this email with more info to come.

In my opinion, a similar group is really the only thing that really helped the pilot groups in the previous years and I believe it really is the best way to feel more supported collectively and share resources but it needs to be easy, regular, quick and accessible and a team effort. This, I believe is only way it will be sustainable long term.
