TSI registration form must be completed and submitted by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, January 22.  Students must preregister.  Walk-ins will not be allowed to test.

Students who arrive after 9:30 AM will not be allowed entrance into the testing room.  To ensure enough time is allotted for completion, students taking multiple tests will not be allowed to start a new test after 1:00 PM.
Required Pre-Assessment Verification Form
Students are required to submit a one time pre-assessment activity completion verification form in order to take TSI.  If this is your first time to take a TSI exam, click on the link below to complete the appropriate practice tests and then follow the instructions to fill out the pre-assessment verification form.
