All pets must be current on a current vet approved flea prevention. If prevention was not purchased from RSVC, a receipt of purchase must be provided. If your pet is not current on flea prevention, then you may purchase either a monthly prevention or two Capstar tablets (one will be administered at drop-off & one will be given prior to pick-up). Only one Capstar is required if the patient is being picked up within 24 hours of drop-off. This is to protect your pet & the other pets in the clinic.   *
Statement of Liability: I understand that Ranchside Vet Clinic does not provide 24-hour care for pets & will not hold RSVC liable for any type of accident or escape of my pet while they are boarding. *

Additional fees may be incurred for any the following situations:

-No pet food provided by owner ($5 per day)

-After hours ($37) or holiday ($50) drop off/pick up

-Chronic or acute health problems of the pet

- Pet makes frequent accidents in kennel ($10 a day, per pet)

Ranchside Staff are on site during the following times after hours:

Saturday:  5 pm to 8 pm

Sunday:  9 am to 12 pm and 5pm to 8 pm

**Pick up and drop off time are available during these hours for an additional $37 ($18.50 per pet if there are more than 1 pet).  These do need to be scheduled ahead of time.  The doors do not stay open during these times, so you will need to make arrangements prior to arriving at Ranchside to ensure that you can pick up your pet.  You can make these arrangements while your pet is still boarding by calling or texting 704-859-8180 during any of the hours that staff is on site.

Statement of Ownership & Consent: I am the owner and/or agent of the above animal and I authorize RSVC staff to provide care and perform any treatment they consider reasonable and necessary for my animal, and I consent to any such services. Additional charges will accrue if my animal is not picked up on the day he or she is scheduled to leave the hospital. I will be responsible for all charges incurred. I understand that all veterinary services are to be paid for at the time services are provided. *
