SCASD Student Survey about Middle School
Dear Student,
The purpose of this survey is to provide you an opportunity to share your perceptions about your school experiences and how you would like your school experiences to be different– especially concerning the classes you take and what those classes include. So, this is your chance to have your voice heard about what you want your school to be like.

The results from this survey will be made available to you, your teachers, and your administrators later this spring. We will also visit your school and listen to different groups of students talk about the results and how to improve your school. The final results will be presented to the school board and the public.

The survey is completely anonymous. No one at the district will see your individual responses. All responses are collected by a professor at Penn State and then averaged across all students in each school. You can choose to not take this survey. You can choose to skip any of the questions. You can choose to stop taking the survey at any time.

Sincerely,

Dr. Robert O'Donnell
Superintendent
State College Area School District
